1- Getting enough sleep
There are many ways in which poor sleep quality or inadequate sleep can be detrimental to your overall health. Staying awake for extended periods not only takes a toll on your physical health but also affects your mental health. Sleep deprivation leads to hormonal imbalances that could be one cause for emotional imbalance leading to mental health troubles.
2- Eat well
The relationship between food and health isn’t new for anyone. It is often said that we become what we eat and our mental health is no exception to this. You can get an idea of it by noticing that eating certain foods can make us happy.

4- Physical activity
The benefits of physical activity are not new for physical and mental health. Talking about the benefits of exercise for mental health takes in improved focus and brain activity as a result of physical activity. 5- Stay away from stresses
