The minor children of a person whose spouse or in-laws are already in Canada and either studying themselves or working. The children will not need any permits to study in primary and secondary level schools and preschools. But, once they reach 18 years, they must fill up an application for a study permit. This can be applied inside Canada directly, or you can visit an overseas visa office in your country to apply for your child, or they can apply themselves.
